8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dv999 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for any commercial purpose without dv999's prior written consent.
9.3 Game content made available through the Platform is licensed to dv999 by third-party studios. The intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective developers and publishers.
10.1 dv999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 dv999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.
10.3 dv999 retains Player data for the minimum period required by applicable regulatory and licensing obligations. Players may request access to their personal data or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting dv999 support.

12.3 dv999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dv999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 dv999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dv999 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered Account email address or a prominent in-Platform notification before the changes take effect.
13.2 Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
13.3 The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version took effect. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dv999 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
